Registration & Membership: Annual registration is required for all Core Curriculum Classes and SGC Dance Company applicants. Memberships expire following the Spring Showcase each season and are non-refundable.

Tuition & Payment: Summer invoices must be paid in full to reserve placement in any class or camp. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt. A $25 late fee will apply to overdue invoices. Failure to pay invoices in a timely manner may result in the student being temporarily prohibited from attending class until payment is received. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of an elective or camp—or failure to attend without notice (“no show”)—will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Class Changes, Absences & Closures: Requests to switch classes or withdraw from a session must be submitted in writing. All changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Make-up classes may be offered for instructor-canceled sessions but are not guaranteed for student absences. In the event of inclement weather or emergency closures, updates will be communicated via email and social media. Make-up classes may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.

Studio Expectations & Conduct: Students must adhere to the studio dress code and arrive prepared with appropriate attire and hair secured. All students and families are expected to treat instructors, staff, and peers with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
